1. What Are Cookies?

2. How RoxStart Uses Cookies

RoxStart AI Logistics, Inc. ("RoxStart," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the Site to:

• Ensure the Site functions correctly and securely.
• Remember your cookie choice so we do not ask you again on each visit.
• Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it, if you accept analytics cookies.
• Measure how visitors find the Site, including from our marketing campaigns, if you accept analytics cookies.

3. Types of Cookies We Use

3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the Site to operate securely. The Site does not set cookies for ordinary visitors before you make a choice in the cookie banner; the strictly necessary cookies below are set only in the circumstances described.

You cannot opt out of strictly necessary cookies, as they are required for the Site to operate securely.

3.2 Functional Cookies

Functional cookies allow a website to remember choices you make and provide enhanced features. The Site does not currently use functional cookies. Your cookie choice is remembered using local storage, as described in Section 4.

3.3 Analytics Cookies

If you click Accept All in the cookie banner, the Site loads Google Analytics, which sets the cookies below to help us understand how visitors interact with the Site. Google Analytics uses randomly generated identifiers in these cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions, and we use its aggregated reports to improve the Site. Google Analytics is not loaded, and these cookies are not set, until you click Accept All. If you later click Decline, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the Site stops loading Google Analytics and deletes these cookies.

3.4 Marketing and Tracking Cookies

Marketing cookies are used to track visitors across websites and to display advertisements relevant to individual users. The Site does not use marketing or advertising cookies, retargeting tags, or advertising pixels. If that changes, we will update this Policy before we use them and load them only after you accept. Our marketing emails use pixel tags and tracked links, described in Section 4.

3.5 Embedded Videos

Some pages on the Site include videos embedded from YouTube, a Google service, in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. In that mode, YouTube does not set cookies when the page loads, although its video player may store a small amount of data in your browser's local storage. If you play a video, YouTube may set cookies and collect information about your viewing under Google's Privacy Policy. The cookie banner does not control YouTube's cookies; if you do not want them, do not play the embedded videos.

4. Similar Technologies

In addition to cookies, we use the following similar technologies:

• Pixel Tags and Tracked Links in Emails. Our marketing emails contain pixel tags (small, invisible images) and tracked links. When your email program loads those images, or you click a link, our email marketing provider records that the email was opened or the link was clicked, when it happened, and the IP address and device or email program used. We use this to measure and improve our emails. The Site's web pages do not contain pixel tags.
• Local Storage. A browser feature that allows websites to store data locally on your device. The Site uses local storage to remember whether you clicked Accept All or Decline in the cookie banner (rox-cookie-consent). This entry stays in your browser until you clear your browser's data for the Site.

5. Third-Party Cookies

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics sets its cookies on the roxstart.com domain on our behalf. If you play an embedded video, YouTube may set its own cookies. The Site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser information when your browser requests them; these requests do not set cookies. Third parties may use their cookies to collect information about your online activities across different websites. We do not control third-party cookies, and their use is governed by the privacy policies of the respective third parties.

6. Your Cookie Choices

You have several options for managing cookies:

Browser Settings. Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can set your browser to refuse all cookies, to accept only certain types of cookies, or to notify you when a cookie is being set. Please note that if you disable cookies, some features of the Site may not function correctly. Instructions for managing cookies in common browsers: Google Chrome: Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies and other site data; Mozilla Firefox: Options > Privacy and Security > Cookies and Site Data; Apple Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data; Microsoft Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions.

Opt-Out Tools. You can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org or the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info.

Google Analytics Opt-Out. You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Email Tracking. You can stop pixel tags in our emails from reporting that you opened them by turning off automatic image loading in your email program. Some email programs block or automatically load images, so our open data can be inaccurate. Clicking a tracked link still records the click. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any of them. The cookie banner and Global Privacy Control signals apply to the Site, not to our emails.

Global Privacy Control (GPC). We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser sends a GPC signal, the Site treats it as if you had clicked Decline: it does not show the cookie banner, does not load Google Analytics, and deletes any Google Analytics cookies it set earlier, even if you previously clicked Accept All in that browser. We treat the signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

6.2 California Residents, CCPA/CPRA

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"), gives you the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, which can include information collected through advertising cookies used for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may exercise this right by:

• Clicking the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the Site footer or cookie preference tool; or
• Enabling a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), in your browser. We will treat a detected GPC signal as a valid opt-out request for that browser/device.

6.3 Other State Privacy Laws

If you are a resident of a state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law, which as of this policy's last update includes states such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others, you may have similar rights to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal information, and in some states, to have an opt-out preference signal honored automatically. Georgia has not, as of this policy's last update, enacted a comprehensive consumer privacy statute of this kind; however, we apply the choices described in this Section 6 to all visitors as a matter of consistent practice, and Georgia's general consumer protection law, the Fair Business Practices Act, requires that our representations about data practices be accurate and not misleading.

7. Cookie Consent

When you first visit the Site, we display a cookie consent banner that lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. Until you click Accept All, the Site does not load Google Analytics or set analytics cookies. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not show the banner and treat your choice as Decline.

For users in California and other US states with applicable privacy laws, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information collected through cookies. We do not sell your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Google Analytics is used for website analytics and campaign measurement only. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide opt-out mechanisms as required by applicable law.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies and technologies we use, or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we make material changes, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website.
